It’s a glorious four years of pooja in Bangalore…..ok not so glorious but I had fun nonetheless.
Each year there were different things to feel about, different Poojas to see and different people to go around with. I kind of try to grab the happy mood, you know the pooja spirit and all and try having fun. People asks me being a bong what the hell ‘m doing here in pooja, well the answer is simple, i have seen enough of it in Kolkata i.e if you can ever have enough of it, and that I save my breaks for a better time to go meet and be together with my dear ones. Plus you get to be an expert or a Pooja secialist for that matter, u know being a ”been there done that” guiding and giving consultations on “what to do where to go” to all hopeless and morose bongs who managed to get stuck out of Kolkata in Poojas, you know rising there spirits up and taking them to our home grown Pooja pandals here.
MahaSashti went really good….been to Koramangala the star pooja of south Bangalore(Disclaimer: thats what i think!?!) well now that you have two happening in walkable distance there, what more do you ask for!! Now only if the rest of these days goes well with ma-er-Ashibbad!!
